Shipping Policy

Sqineca ships products to nearly all the pin codes in India. All orders received up to 11:00 AM IST on a workday are usually processed the same day. Orders received beyond 11:00 AM IST are shipped on the next working day. We do not process orders on Sundays & on national holidays.

Our standard delivery time is 2-6 days in India. Delivery to remote locations may be delayed.

You will receive a notification once the order has been processed from our warehouse and is ready for dispatch.

In case your shipping location is non-serviceable by our delivery partners, our customer care team will get in touch with you and make every possible effort to support you. In the unfortunate event where we are unable to ship the order, the amount paid for the order will be refunded in full.


Tracking Packages

If you have a tracking or delivery number, you can track your package by clicking our delivery partner links provided in your shipment confirmation email. If you did not receive the email, please check your spam folder in case our email might have landed there. Tracking codes take up to 24-48 hours to get activated sometimes, so please wait until the shipper scans your package and updates it on their website.

Refund policy

Sqineca offers natural wellness and personal care products. As such, we do not accept returns on any order placed on our website and encourage you to choose your product carefully before placing an order.

This ensures that you always get products that are new, unopened and unused. Further, we adhere to strict quality protocols to ensure that each product shipped to our customers is in top quality and delivers on our brand promise.

In case you ordered a product by mistake, you can cancel it before it is shipped from our warehouse.

We offer refunds or exchanges occasionally in cases where a customer receives a damaged or incorrect product accidentally. In such cases, we require product photos and invoice details as proof to substantiate the claim.

How will the Outer Packaging look?

We deliver all our products without any branding on the carrier’s packaging. Furthermore, there will be no content description on the outside of the parcel, only the carrier label will be displayed. As a result, no one besides you will know the nature of the contents inside.

Also, to avoid damage our products are very carefully packed so they will not shake inside the parcel boxes.
